Dr. Chris Halliday is a graduate
of the National College of Chiropractic
and has been a chiropractor since
2001. He also holds two Bachelors
Degrees in Human Biology and
Molecular Biology, respectively. His
strong interest in fitness and well-being
and his extensive knowledge of
nutritional counseling complement his
caring for his patient’s overall health.

Nina Halliday is a Certified
Massage Therapist and a graduate of
the Chicago School of Massage
Therapy. She has been specializing in
manual therapy since 2002. The
purpose of this clinical muscle work is to
loosen the muscles and tendons, and to
improve the mobility and flexibility of the
joints. Nina also is trained in

The chiropractor's main focus is the neuroskeletal system and the joints, while massage interests itself with the muscles. Typically, the public is exposed to one or the other forms of treatment. It is our professional opinion, backed by copious research, that chiropractic manipulation alone, is often less effective than chiropractic manipulation with muscle therapy incorporated. Aside from better clinical results as evidenced by pain diagrams, questionnaires and testimonials, we have found that the great majority of our patients prefer this approach. |
